If your whipped poo or rhassoul poo arrives hardened then it has been exposed to heat and was melted then cooled to a hardened state. To fix this, melt it completely down in a microwave. Then allow to cool to 125 degrees then rewhip with a hand mixer until it becomes a creamy texture similar to whipped cream. Do not whip before 125 degrees. It will not stay the consistency of whipped cream but should be smooth and soft enough to scoop out with your fingers. Scoop back into jar and keep the lid closed tightly when not in use.

All orders will be made fresh the following weeks  after drop day. OUR PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE FROM SCRATCH AND REQUIRE DILIGENCE AND TIME TO CRAFT EACH ONE. WE ASK THAT YOU GIVE US THE NECESSARY TIME AND PATIENCE TO MAKE YOUR ORDER. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU LACK THE PATIENCE TO ALLOW US TO MAKE THEM GREAT FOR YOU!


Shipping will begin in the order they were received and will start on THE SPECIFIED DATE LISTED PER DROP and completely shipped by the date indicated on all advertising on social media and the email notifications.

All items are shipped BY FEDEX HOME DELIVERY and/or USPS Smartpost via Fedex(EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THAT WILL STILL SHIP VIA USPS) fedex is not required to get a signature confirmation unless it was requested and paid for. fedex is not required to ring your doorbell or knock on the door to alert you your package has arrived. FEDEX DOES NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES. IF YOU USE A PO BOX YOUR ORDER will be shipped USPS AS WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGES ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED.  You should receive tracking information upon your order shipping AND DELIVERING PROVIDED THE EMAIL YOU USE WHEN ORDERING IS CORRECT. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM FOR YOUR CONFIRMATIONS. IF STILL NOT FOUND PLEASE CONTACT US AT sloane@tanglesandbeyond.com.

Due to our orders being handmade, NO RETURNS will be allowed. If you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the wrong item to tanglesandbeyond@gmail.com and the correct item will be sent within 2 business days. 

If your item arrives damaged, fedex will return it to us. We will be responsible for filing a claim with Fedex. Your order will be repackaged and shipped back to you with the damaged product replaced only if it is available. If it is not available an immediate refund for that item will be processed. Refunds take 3-5 business days to credit your account. 

Tangles and Beyond will not be responsible for for packages sent to the wrong address. Please make sure the address you use is complete and correct BEFORE placing your order. If you place an order using the wrong address, I cannot change it. Your order will be shipped back to me and you are responsible for reshipping costs.  After your order is placed, you cannot change the address so PLEASE use the correct one.

If you place two separate orders they will be shipped separately. NO ORDERS will be combined.


IF your order is returned to me for not claiming it from fedex or the USPS you will be responsible for shipping charges back to you. If you elect for a refund a 20% restock fee plus shipping cost will be assessed and the remainder refunded back to you. 


you have 48 hours from the delivery time to verify your package's contents and let us know if it is wrong. We take pictures of every order prior to it being packed to ensure its accuracy. However we are human and capable of making mistakes. If we have indeed made a mistake we will rectify it immediately.  if you contact outside of the 48 hour window we are not responsible for correcting it. no exceptions.

whipped Poo Melted?

Sometimes during transit if your whipped product (shampoo, drench my body lather) gets too warm it will slightly melt and once it cools it will harden...Don't fret just use the simple directions below to get it back right!
