ITEMS WILL SHIP SEQUENTIALLY AND WILL START ON THE SPECIFIED DATE LISTED PER DROP AND BE COMPLETELY SHIPPED BY THE DATE INDICATED ON ALL ADVERTISING VIA SOCIAL MEDIA AND EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS. 


ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED BY FEDEX HOME DELIVERY AND/OR USPS (EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THAT WILL ONLY SHIP VIA USPS). FEDEX IS NOT REQUIRED TO ACQUIRE A SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION UNLESS REQUESTED & PAID. FEDEX IS ALSO NOT REQUIRED TO RING YOUR DOORBELL OR KNOCK ON THE DOOR TO ALERT YOU THAT YOUR PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED. FEDEX DOES NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES. IF USING A PO BOX, THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED VIA USPS AS WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGES ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED.  YOU SHOULD RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION UPON YOUR ORDER SHIPPING & DELIVERING PROVIDED THE EMAIL YOU USE WHEN ORDERING IS CORRECT. TANGLES AND BEYOND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS USED IS COMPLETE & CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER USING THE WRONG ADDRESS, IT CANNOT BE CHANGED. THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED BACK & THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RESHIPPING COSTS.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE FROM SCRATCH AND REQUIRE GREAT EFFORT & CARE TO CRAFT EACH ITEM. WE ASK THAT YOU GIVE US THE NECESSARY TIME & PATIENCE TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU LACK THE PATIENCE TO ALLOW US TO MAKE THEM AMAZING FOR YOU!


DUE TO THE HANDMADE NATURE OF OUR ITEMS, NO RETURNS WILL BE ALLOWED. IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM AND/OR ARE MISSING ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER, PLEASE SEND A PICTURE OF THE CONTENTS OF YOUR PACKAGE AND PACKING SLIP TO SLOANE@TANGLESANDBEYOND.COM. ONCE CONFIRMED, THE CORRECT ITEM WILL BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF THAT CONFIRMATION.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO VERIFY THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE. WE TAKE PICTURES OF EACH ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPMENT TO ENSURE ACCURACY. IF OUTSIDE THE 48 HOUR WINDOW, WE WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR CORRECTING THE ORDER. NO EXCEPTIONS.


IF YOUR ITEM(S) ARRIVES DAMAGED, FEDEX WILL RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US. TANGLES & BEYOND ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR FILING THE CLAIM WITH FEDEX. YOUR ORDER WILL BE REPACKAGED AND RESHIPPED TO YOU WITH A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT ONLY IF THE ITEM IS AVAILABLE. IF THE ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE, WE WILL PROCESS AN IMMEDIATE REFUND FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THAT ITEM. PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS MAY TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

IF AN ORDER IS RETURNED FOR NOT CLAIMING IT FROM FEDEX OR USPS, THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR RESHIPMENT. IF THE CUSTOMER ELECTS NOT TO HAVE THE ORDER RESHIPPED, A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED MINUS A 20% RESTOCK FEE. THE CREDIT MAY BE USED ON ANY FUTURE DROP.
